PASTA CLASSES

For years I’ve made fresh pasta with my family. It’s something I grew up doing as a kid with my Nonna and have since shared it with my husband, our daughter and close friends. Pasta making is an act of love and one that’s best shared with community… now that community includes you! I love using traditional techniques and tools and I’ve put them together in three foundational pasta classes : Flour & Egg, Flour & Water, and Filled Pastas. Don’t know the difference? That’s ok! You’re here to learn and I’m here to show you. Any of the classes listed below are perfect if you’re just starting out, looking for a fun activity to share with a friend, or are looking to learn some new pasta techniques.
