PASTA CLASSES
I grew up making flour & egg spaghetti with my Italian grandparents, Antoinette & Angelo. My foundation with them gave me a jumping off point to travel and explore the vast world of pasta recipes & shapes throughout Italy. I love using traditional techniques and tools, often passing up the Kitchen-Aid pasta attachment for my hands and a matarello (rolling pin).
I am currently teaching in various locations as I am on my PASTA TOUR! Please be sure to double check the location of each class before purchasing.

PRIVATE PASTA CLASSES
Looking for something interactive and fun to do with just your group? Pasta is the perfect option! I am available for private in-home classes and corporate / office parties in the Chicagoland area (I’m very willing to travel so if you are outside of that area please reach out and let’s chat!).
A group size of 4 to 10 students is best so everyone can get hands on learning and personal instruction from me.
