Q: When will my item ship?

Your item will go in the mail 1-3 business days from the day we receive your order. Larger Items ship via UPS, anything 13 oz and under will ship USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: My item is a gift, can you include a special note?

Absolutely! Gift giving is one of our favorite things! Just let us know what you'd like written on a special notecard (there's a spot to leave us a note when you checkout). We'll even give your order some extra TLC when packing it up!

Q: Can I exchange an item or get a refund?

As with all handmade goods, our items may vary slightly in color from run to run (or from our computer screen to your computer screen) - no two are alike. We take care to make sure all our products are they best they can be before they head out the door (i.e. no smudges, bent corners, etc.).

If you do happen to receive an item with a minor problem, we ask you to contact us immediately, and include a photo of the item. In most cases, we can exchange it for a new one.

If you are truly unhappy with an item and would like to return it, we will refund you the cost of the item only, not the shipping, and you will need to pay to ship it back to us. Please let us know that you're sending a return, and we will refund your money when it arrives at our studio.

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.
